Agreement.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Smart Solutions Plus.
Your payment of the Invoice indicates your agreement to these Terms.

Term.

• The term of our engagement shall continue for one month beginning on the date we receive first payment of the Invoice.
• After the expiration of the term, Personal Support Services will no longer be guaranteed, although Smart Solutions Plus will continue support on the best effort basis.

Our Personal Support Services.

We provide personal support by email, online chat, and online conferencing (such as Skype) to assist you with your efforts to build your own, successful online business.

Your Responsibilities.

• You agree that your success is dependent on your taking sole responsibility and concerted and consistent action for the diligent execution of the plan, tools, and Personal Support Services we provide.
• You agree to communicate with integrity, to be open and honest with us as you build your business, and to make the time and energy to participate fully in our service.
• You agree that our service is not to be used as a substitute for legal and other professional advice. Professional advice, including legal compliance for your online business is solely your responsibility.
• You agree to operate your online business legally and ethically.
• You agree that we are not responsible for actions of third parties, regardless of whether actions by third parties resulted from your participation in our service.
• You agree that you are solely responsible for your own Internet connection, website hosting, and all other tools and resources required to set up and operate your online business.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim by a third party or related expense arising out of your operation of your online business.
• You agree to conduct payments of interim instalments (if any) in accordance with agreed schedule.
• You agree that in case of late payments your access to the personal services, all resources and tools will be revoked.

Confidentiality.

• You agree that our service includes valuable, confidential information that is proprietary to us.
• You agree to use the information we provide solely for your own internal use, and not for sharing, re-distribution, or publication.
• You agree that if you violate these confidentiality provisions, we will be entitled to injunctive relief to protect our confidential information from improper use and/or distribution.

Fees.

As agreed upon and stated in the invoice.

Entire Agreement.

This is the entire agreement between us. It reflects our complete understanding regarding the subject matter, and it supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
